Canada post employee called my buzzer, my wife buzzed him in. He asked if she can come down and she politely asked him not to wait for her but to leave the parcel at the lobby instead. He said: “I‘ll leave you a card instead!” and hanged up. Incredible customer service. 👏👏👏 Now I have to drive to this location next day to pick it up. Why do organizations like these even exist? 🤔

Worst costumer service I have ever recieved by Krystal at the Canada Post desk. She refused to look for my package (that was there) and also lied to me. I had to wait in the rexall for 30 minutes to get helped by another respectful member of the team to get my own package. It bothers me because when costumers are waiting for something (thats paid for and is theirs) they should be able to get it. Zero costumer service from this girl i was flabbergasted by her attitude that I made a gmail account just to write this review.

After a few months of remodeling of the store, the previous parcel pickup point is now a full-fledged post office. Since not many has realized the update, it's not too busy a location. The staff is cheerful and informative for a package sent quickly.

Employees do not know how to help you if they can't figure out how to post letter. They sent me away with my mail. Walked to another post office in the metrotown area and was able to send my mail easily.
