BE AWARE! I called the company to ask what materials they use and from which company as well as what was the warranty for the products they use in case it fails and i was told that information is confidential and to speak to a salesman which i have not heard back from yet so i will not give it a high rating right now. Always make sure the installer is installing the product as per manufacturers instructions otherwise any kind of warranty will be voided and the home owner will be on the hook .

I couldn’t be happier with the awning they installed, and the speed at which they installed it (3 hrs). High quality building material and professional craftsmanship. I can’t recommend this company enough. Very happy with my new awning from BC Awning and Rail.

BC Awning and Railing is a very reasonably priced aluminum and glass patio and railing manufacturer located on Annacis Island. The service is very friendly and professional with Ella in the office giving quotes and thinking along with the customer to come to a satisfactory conclusion and sale. I bought a 12 x 22 foot carport canopy and am extremely happy with the high quality aluminum products they sell. They also do installation as well when needed.
