From the immediate response I received from Karen (outstanding customer service) to book my initial appointment and then the time and attention spent with Andrew to discuss, understand and create a treatment plan for my issue, I knew that Platinum Physio was the right choice! AND they are completely 100% local and independently owned and operated (by three school colleagues) which for me, means I did not feel like a "billable appointment time and just a number" to them. Highly, highly recommended!

Yes, I work here and I'm proud to. I have also been a patient. For many years I had pain in my feet; sometimes they were so painful I didn't want to walk and walking barefoot was impossible. I had visited countless podiatrists over the years and adopted some of their suggestions. One day I was talking to Andrew White, one of our physiotherapists and an owner of the clinic about it and he told me that he had taken some courses for foot pain. After just a few appointments my feet were feeling better, through strength exercises which I continue to do as needed. My feet are pain-free and walking barefoot now is no problem. I was just amazed at the results.

I wanted to thank Andrew and Platinum Physio once again for there great customer service. I have been wearing a donjoy knee brace now for a few months and i lost a screw in the knee brace. Andrew had me set up with an appointment and Joe the Don joy rep came and took a screw out of his sample and got me up and running again . This brace has been a game changer for me with the pysical nature of my work. Thanks again to Platinum Physio and Joe (Don joy rep) for your great customer service.
