Frank is NOT reliable, he is NOT honest. He is nothing that he claims to be on his website. Beware of this Man and his company. I am sadly very familiar with Franks business practices. He will not finish a job 100% Do NOT! pay him till it is 100% complete. I realize this is my mistake for trusting him. Shame on me! I have repeatedly tried to contact him to come back and finish the job he started. He always has an excuse, or he doesn't answer the call/message. He will also claim he did not quote you for the whole job you may have been expecting him to do, and that is would cost more. Please learn from my mistake. He is anything but professional.
