Yes the gym is nice, clean, new equipment. However their policies are misleading and unfair. There is no free trail as advertised. I signed up for 6mo membership that ended during Covid closure, and I am STILL being charged over the last 4 months even after cancelling online and speaking to their head office confirming cancellation. I have not set foot in the gym since it reopened, I was not notified it had reopened. I found out after noticing I was being charged after my 6 month term ended. Local manager does not reply to attempts to contact them. I had to contact head office to get (poor and slow) service and “cancellation” was a pain. The most terrible customer service experience I have ever had. Do not consider joining this place unless you enjoy getting robbed of your $. I regret ever changing gyms. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely ZERO customer service. Here’s what happened... Due to the financial strain of this year I was a little behind on my credit card payments which resulted in not having enough to pay my “most expensive in town” membership fee. So where you might expect to have a REAL person call you to try and figure out the situation they just tried to charge my card again with an additional $10 fee. And then again with ANOTHER $10 fee. And you know what; why not try ANOTHER $10 fee? In total, they have tried to charge an additional $30 and I STILL HAVE NOT TALKED TO A REAL PERSON! When I tried to cancel my membership, it tried to tell me it was still going to charge me for NEXT month as well. I’m sorry; but im not giving notice at a tenancy. And here’s the thing... I’m NOT on a contract. I signed a 12 month membership over a year and a half ago and was never offered a renewal membership. Not only that, but when you decided to change you policy to require masks that would have VOIDED my contract (if I actually had one) as that is a policy I do not agree with. Furthermore, I referred a member to you over 10 months ago and to date, have NEVER received the free month as I should have. Here’s the truth though. You had the opportunity to create customer loyalty with me, but your lack of customer service, which is non existent, ended up losing a customer for life. And guess what?? I’ve lost over 80lbs in my fitness journey which means people ask me all the time what gym I go to. Guess which one I will NEVER recommend? That’s right, Anytime Fitness. That’s the cost of poor customer service. Not only did you lose my business, but you lost tons of potential business because you care more about a $ than you do about your members.

The absolute WORST customer service. My husband had a gym membership which he could not use after repeat cancer surgeries. They continued to charge us hundreds of dollars to his mothers credit card for a service we could not, and had not once used. I am reporting this location to the better buisness bureau, spoke to 7 different call center agents I could not understand, who assured me we would no longer be charged, and charged the same rate plus an extra 20 dollars a month during a global pandemic. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

One star because the interior of the gym is nice. However the customer service is the worst I've experienced in my life. Was supposed to have a free month after the gym reopened. Cancelled during my "free" month and was charged. Apparently "free" only applied to members who are planning to continue their membership. Ended up having to pay two months of dues because of the terrible customer service and sneaky cancellation policies. Support a locally owned gym instead. It will probably be less expensive and i regret switching gyms.

Be very careful with this club, they will continue to bill you ever after cancellation submitted and end of contract. Customer services is awful, constant "will call you back" with no response. Billed for months that the account was given "free month" for so many billing issues and mistakes. Don't expect to get to use your "freeze account" option either. Goes through "club managers" almost monthly.
