It has been a complete pleasure of working with Lee from Whitecap Roofing. Just weeks ago I experienced water coming into my home right on top of my electrical box that totally coincidentally on that very day I was upgrading from 100 amp service to 200 amp service. This was totally clean water that Lee determined was the result of the massive wind and rain we had the night before. Lee took the time to explain to me what the problem was and then reacted quickly. I totally recommend Lee and his amazing crew for all your roofing needs.

Did a tin roof job on my mom's place in fall/winter 2017. The old damaged roof looked better. Not owning up to poor workmanship. Uneven edges, missing trim, leaky roof, snow stops not secured. They've left new and old materials on our property, no cleanup was done. This is terrible. Dont even use this company. Seems like they ONLY do insurance claims too...

I just moved to Cranbrook and need to get my roof done So after asking around I was told about white cap and I’m so thankful I was pointing that direction great company and attention to detail was right on.

Whitecap did the roof on my house and they were great! They were here early the day they said they would be, finished ahead of schedule and it looks perfect. They were very professional, cleaned the whole perimeter of my house before leaving and even cleaned the debris out of my gutter from the shingles. I had one small issue with an old piece of flashing that I opted not to get replaced and it kept popping up after my roof was done and they came back no questions asked and repaired it for me even though it wasn’t their fault and I was the one who opted not to get it replaced in the first place. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be calling them when it’s time for siding as well!
