Shopping around for different vets. I dond this place to have friendly but professional staff. Even though I have to drive 100km to reach the clinic I would not jump ship for something closer.

They take advantage of the customers with outrageous pricing, and slide in unnecessary fee's for every little procedure and they can because the other vets in the area have full client lists due to their better prices. The work they do is of good quality and they've been kind and courteous in my dealings with them hence the 2 stars. A few examples of pricing difference #1 spaying Cat quoted by WKAH over 300$ took her to Colville and it cost 70$ US #2 Neutered our dog Bruno (Big breed) quoted by WKAH over 500$ took him to Colville and it was around 250$ US and they gave him a micro chip too. #3 our little dog Pickle was quoted to have some teeth extracted and a cleaning was quoted by WKAH over 1000$ went to Colville and it was 300$.

The vet tech sensed that I was nervous having my dog Rosie spayed and sat down and explained everything to me. I left feeling assured that Rosie was in good hands. You can tell they really care about your furry family member. Rosie's been there twice and each time she is happy to be there 😀

This clinic is by far the worst. My cat is dying on my bathroom floor because they couldnt take him in for medicine when he was sick. Now hes dying trying to breath and trying to find a place that will be open on a weekend that can put him down humanly and as delicate as possible and they just dont have the time. I dont know what to do. I cant go anywhere else.
