Pat is a great guy I’ve used his services twice now over the years. Fast friendly service. I would definitely recommend. Don’t let poor reviews turn you off I felt like he was very fairly priced, professional and a stand up guy both times I’ve called. Thank you so much Pat for coming so quickly to our aid! 👍🏼

On sunday, I called him and gave him the information about the car. He was trying to excuse himself and with a loud voice he was asking questions and giving some advice :why you did not call the dealership....why you do not have a spare key....it will be expensive for you.... I was trying to answer his questions, he didn't let me talk. I thought he is open 24 hours. I suggest him if you cant handle 24 hours service, please change it in your add. Very poor communication.

How this guy is in business is beyond me. Incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. He hung up on us TWICE while asking for emergency service to get into our house. He demanded cash in hand before he would even start heading in our direction. We happily paid DOUBLE for another person to come rather than pay someone like Pat. I would hazard that these positive reviews were left by friends and family. HORRIBLE SERVICE... or LACK there of. Break a window before calling this POS.
