Very unprofessional! Provided a “quote” by visiting the home and the home was on a steep hill. We asked about the hill and a large truck and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The day of the move the truck couldn’t make it up the hill. They had no other smaller trucks available and this then became our problem. They told us to go rent a U haul. Our parents are in their 80’s and did not need this stress. Kendra from head office assured us that the problem would be resolved in 30 minutes and profusely apologized for their mix up. She assured us she would instruct the drivers to go change the trucks and would be loading in 30 minutes. The drivers then told my mother in law that they had no other option but for us to rent a uhaul. Calling head office back Kendra then no longer took our calls. She instead had the movers call us. We told them what was told to us by Kendra. He refused to help when my husband told him sternly that he was to go change the truck ( as we were very frustrated and panicked at this time) the driver then told us he didn’t have to put up with us and our swearing ?! No one was swearing !!! Head office then spoke again to my mother in law and said if we rent the Uhaul they will return to help us move if my husband calls to apologize. My husband calls and they said they felt threatened and in a hostile environment and would not return. ( If you saw us you would laugh!! ) They further told us that because they only “quoted” Us rather than providing an estimate, they had no legal obligation to help us !! The long and short of it is.... pass this company by!!!

I have so much positivity to share about this moving company. I have now used them twice. In summer of 2018, I ordered some furniture from a chain store in Nanaimo. The store's delivery service didn't show up with the two pieces of furniture I had ordered. We took matters into our own hands and contacted K&M to go and pick up our items and deliver them instead of waiting for the store to deliver them which was going to take a couple days. Kendra was so polite and amazing in answering all of our questions. The delivery team went to the store where I'd purchased the items, picked them up and delivered them for us in timely fashion. One item was a faux-leather couch. Sadly, it wouldn't fit into the wee elevator in my former building. The guys carried it up four flights of stairs. I felt so bad about that inconvenience. They were calm, polite and reassured me that it was totally okay, though. :) I appreciated that so much! Mike made sure to wipe off a few scuffs on the walls from the furniture before he left. I had never seen a mover do that before! I appreciated that he was respectful of my home environment. All in all, a fantastic experience!! My second experience working with them was a move out of that same place in Nanaimo. The guys showed up exactly on time and went into ''go- mode'' as soon as they got in the door. Mike and Blair were both laid back and easy to talk to. They got things done quickly and smoothly and were careful about taking care of my belongings. This company has heart and cares about its clients. I highly recommend giving them a call for your moving and delivery needs.

Very good. Fast reasonable rate. Nothing was damaged or broken.

I can not reccomend this company enough they were fantastic! My grandmothers movers pulled a no show this morning and Kendra and her team made it happen with excellent customer service :) I can't thank them enough for saving the day!
