Lied to on 3 different occasions "oh you will get it this afternoon" "it's being loaded on the truck now" 13 days from Calgary to Vancouver Island.

Van-Kam NANAIMO have been super. Shanlee (not sure about spelling..sorry :)) in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with - pleasant, professional and enthusiastic. Big shout out to her! And, Dwayne, who delivered my freight also did a great job. Thanks Van-Kam Nanaimo!

This company has held my freight for over a week. Horrible customer service. Plenty of better freightliners out there with better customer service. They will not remedy any problems. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. I have requested that all my freight be delivered through other carriers.

Very friendly staff I enjoyed the service great value for shipping large equipment
