1st call moving nanaimo

These guys are extremely amazing! They went above and beyond. I purchased some couches from a seller on Facebook, not only did they went and picked them up but they sent me images and feedback of the condition of the furniture in real time to make me feel better and happier as I couldn’t be there to view the item beforehand. Unfortunately, we did have a hick up when they arrived at my home to deliver them and I was stuck at work and my landlord who I instructed to let them in did not show up. However, it was no fault to theirs. They stayed for an extra 45 minutes and did not even charge me for it even after offering to pay. Now that’s called customer satisfaction to the highest degree. Thank you guys, and thank you Brandon. I will be in touch and I promise to be a returning customer!

Outstanding professional service. Moving is stressful but man these guys were fantastic, funny, punctual, great quick service. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed by their ability to accommodate my short notice request, and even tho it was a smaller job ,I was still made to feel like a priority. Definite thumbs up
