Received a huge Parcel yesterday delivered by Scott. What an exceptional delivery person. Went out of his way to help us down stairs with the parcel.This was out standing service as we are seniors and unable to lift such heavy articles. Very well organised, helpful staff all during the time of Covid issues. They phoned to tell us our crate had arrived, earlier by two days than we expected. Top Notch !

Had terrible customer service, however, freight service was fast and reasonable price, management responded quickly to my concerns,
