Day & Ross Freight

Noah from Day and Ross in Nanaimo, BC delivered our very heavy freeze dryer today. He could have left at the top of the driveway, but he thankfully brought it down and helped me move it. As an injured veteran I much appreciated his assistance and service. Day and Ross should be very happy to have a guy like Noah working for them. Great experience :)

Was told item would be here on the 7th and now the 13th and still not. Can't seem to talk to Nanaimo local office

Ordered a fridge from 2h away from my city and it took them over a week to deliver. Customer service keep telling " oh it will come tomorrow im pushing the order " ...... The fridge was ordered in July 17th and today I still don't have it
