Yellow sign photo is for LONG TERM parking lot fares which is the southernmost section of the parking lot, furthest away from the ferry terminal. All self serve, no attendant. Yes they will tow your car if you don't pay but they start with a $59/day fine. There are occasional security patrols but you take a chance leaving your car overnight. No guarantees.
