On July 13 I sent a small parcel EXPRESS POST (delivery standard 2 days) within B.C. and tracking shows that it will not be delivered until July 22. This is outrageous, COVID or not! I paid $19.83 for the EXPRESS POST to get it there quickly.

I get it. There is covid 19 to contend with. However my item has been listed as in Nanaimo now for 3 DAYS!!!!! And yet I cannot pick it up! I paid for express and so far im past the delivery date that would have applied if I had chose free delivery. It only took 2 days to get here from Ontario. Yet 3 days to be listed as able to pick up. I even tried. Nope sorry. No excuses just incompetence!!!

Mysteriously, every time a package is going to get delivered, we get a slip saying nobody was home, even though everyone was home all day on all occasions of this happening.
