Shane's Detailed Exteriors

Shane was a terrific find. There were several phone calls between us, and if he couldn't pick up the phone right away, he made sure to return my call within the hour. He reviewed my property in good time and returned a written quote promptly. Halfway through this two-day job, Shane advised me in writing that he would be lowering the price as the work was not going to take him as long as he originally thought it would. The final bill also detailed two extras he had taken care of (some moss on the roof and one or two bits of gutter that he cleaned up while he was in the neighbourhood). On the day of the job, he arrived a few minutes early and was set up and ready to go by the time I got there. He was hard at it all day and his work was exemplary. When I had paid the bill, I made sure to ask him if he could come back and do my roof, gutters, and windows next year. I would recommend Shane without reservation.

Shane's service was excellent. He was thorough, on time and is a great communicator. Will definitely use Shane again for gutter cleaning.
