To agree with one of the previous review CJ and Taylor are actually close friends of mine and phenomenal trainers. CJ holds (at time of writing this) the women 47kg bench press record and Taylor has squatted over 600 lbs in competition. They know their stuff and have achieved a high level of accomplishment. Great people and I know for a fact they are always willing to take on new clients when they can! The gym is great, a little far from me but i try to go whenever I can. My coach works out of there and has helped me immensely.

The best gym in Winnipeg. Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of equipment and a very positive atmosphere. I live beside the U of M and drive 20 minutes accross town just to train here.

The Fitness trainers at Acceleration fitness are the best !! CJ Is Awesomeness .CJ has the touch .. she will figure out what you can do and push you further ... Even before you know what you can do .CJ also helped my husband with a special exercise program for his health . Taylor is a awesome trainer.. He has helped me find a program for someone of my weight and issues of shyness. He makes everything doable and if i can't do it yet modifies and helps me get to that point .He has a great sense of Humor and makes workouts fun . Thanks for all your effort :)
