Nice store! The staff is competent, friendly and very helpful. They really go above and beyond. Forget about big box paint department, this place is where you should go to buy your paint and stain. As a first time BM user, I’m impressed by the quality, the color choice and the ease of use.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I love the well signed Covid instructions. And well, the paint, love Benjamin Moore products.

I’ve been a big fan of the BM brand as a contractor for over 25 years; however, a recent experience at the Fredericton Uptown Paints store really turned me sour on the management there. I wanted to get a fan deck for when I consult with clients about their painting projects. At 2 other locations in the past, the stores have happily provided a fan deck at no charge...this location? They wanted $35 and adamantly refused to provide one gratuitously even after a second request. I’m not paying it, especially not after the yarn they spun about BM making the franchisee pay for the fan decks, which even if true, at $60-$70 a can times dozens, you’d think that a $35 quasi promotional item wouldn’t be so difficult to give to contractors supporting their business. I love the paint still, but I’ve taken my business elsewhere...

Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to lend a hand with choosing colors. The paint is pricey but it's a quality product so worth it.

New store, modern displays. I purchased 4 gallons of paint with my 12 month old son. Benjamin Moore paint is worth the premium price in the end. I've used lots of other cheaper paints and ended up going through a lot more. Even covering a yellow color, one coat of a pale grey still managed to get great coverage. I still went with a second coat for durability and longevity though. Just went back for more paint as I decided to do ceilings too. I had been working with a Benjamin Moore store in NS for the past 7+ years where I bought all my paint and supplies. The only con for me was this store wouldn't honour prices from another store. They're independently owned and operated so I guess I can't complain too much but I buy a fair bit of paint in the run of a year so I always got a discount.
