A job promised to be 2-2 1/2 weeks was still ongoing after 7 weeks, when we finally fired them. My elderly parents were out of their home that entire time. We were left with much unfinished work, a mess, garbage to clean up and some shoddy craftsmanship. Days would go by without anyone showing up. We were told flooring was ordered and on back order, when in fact it was never ordered. Poor communication, ethics and accountability.

The staff seems friendly but unfortunately, I never got the chance to experience their service. After someone paid us a visit and took pictures of the area that needed some repair/service, and after calling them back a few times for a follow-up and never receiving a single call back from them, I ended up waiting well over 2 weeks for quote that I never received. Thankfully, I was able to find another company that had everything fixed and repaired within 3 days.

I had reclamation for water damage at the cottage. They came quickly to do the estimate, remove the damaged walls and put dehumidifier. After that let it like that for six weeks without any news even if I called every 2 weeks to have details on what was going on. I called the insurance company and they told me they were waiting on information that winmar never send to them. Ended up with taking the money from insurance to hire people that show up...
