This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I found the team has a very organized and friendly approach. They do a great job of explaining the process you are going through, the options available to you and answering questions. They provide copies of all your test results, x-rays, etc. to you. The exercises they assign are available online with video instructions and I found this helpful. They were consistently on time with their appointments, which was important to me. I had a very positive experience with this team!

From my very first appointment with ECC, Luke greeted me with utmost professionalism and warmth. He ensures that my appointments work around my busy schedule. He is very kind and made me feel as though he genuinely cares about our progress. Dr Marie is extraordinary. She has shown professionalism, and genuine concern for my needs. Over the course of my treatments, she would always take the time to answer my questions and provide insightful guidance and solutions for my concerns. I felt prioritized and valued at all times in her presence. Dr Scott was also wonderful to work with. The clinic is full of light and positive energy. It is everything you need to help you feel like yourself again.

Our four month old has been seeing Dr. Marie since August for tongue-tie support at the recommendation of our lactation consultant and the GP who corrected his tongue tie. Dr. Marie has been absolutely wonderful and patient, and our son loves going to see her. As soon as you open the door, office leader Luke is there with a big smile, making you feel really welcome. And their space is warm, inviting, bright, and beautiful, too!

The team at East Coast Chiropractic is exceptional! I have been a chiropractic patient at various practices in Fredericton for the past 15yrs and the folks at ECC are without-a-doubt the very best I have had the pleasure of working with. What I like most is that it is a team and it shows with every visit to the office. It starts with Luke, who is the heart of the operation. No matter how I feel when I arrive, I always leave feeling better, and it starts with the friendly and genuine greeting from Luke. I also enjoy the friendly banter between everyone in the office – patients included. The team at ECC support their patients and welcome us as part of the “family”. Most importantly, I have seen huge improvements with my spinal health thanks to the excellent care, advice, and treatment from Dr. Scott and Dr. Graham. These doctors are knowledgeable, caring and personable. They will guide you to get the most out of your health and if you put the work in, you will get the results. Luke, at the front reception, makes you feel welcome every time you open the front door. My reason for seeking help at East Coast Chiropractor is perhaps not typical. I didn’t have any chronic pain or serious issues. Over the last year or so, my husband was commenting on how my back seemed to be getting more rounded. As someone who prides herself on good posture, this was a bit disheartening. If this was already showing at age 50, I could only imagine that it would get worse with passing years. The clinic came highly recommended from my husband, who has suffered with back issues and migraines. I knew that it would not be a quick fix, but I sought their attention to address my shifting spine and hopefully reverse some of damage. After a thorough exam, the doctors came up with a plan that would get me in the right direction. This involved not only adjustments, but teaching me exercises, to get me where I needed to be. After only a few months, my follow-up x-rays showed that my spine curvature was in the “normal” range. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Luke, Dr. Scott, Dr. Graham!
