VON Chatham Kent

Had a stroke, didn’t want to stay in hospital. After 5 days in ICU had a meet with doctor and let him know that I wanted to go home. Was told about the VON program and decided that this would be something that I could do at home. Wow!!!!! What a great program VON comes everyday and deals in specific programs to help me with my rehab from stroke. They got me a walker to help me make around, helped me to walk up and down stairs, helped me with my speech and memory. Very professional. I don’t know their last names but Gabby and especially Jenn have been terrific in helping me to understand the different ways that they help me. I truly believe that this was the best choice for me and I think that getting out of the hospital and having this program was a godsend. I would like to thank the VON and all those involved for their devotion and help during this scary time. Thank you to all.
