Advanced Lock and Key

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our home the day after thanksgiving. Conner was sent to our location and we were inside snuggling with the dog within 5-10 minutes of him pulling up. He was very professional and kept in contact with us to update us on his arrival time as he was on his way. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing as he was doing it which put us at ease in this stressful moment. We are so grateful for how he was able to help us, and will exclusively use Advanced Lock and Key in the future should we need their services again due to this experience. Strongly recommend. I recently moved into a new house and contacted them after seeing the numerous positive reviews. Jim reached out to me immediately and scheduled an appointment within a few days to have someone come out and change my locks. ‘Key’ Kyle arrived and was personable, professional and knowledgeable. My locks were changed swiftly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend their services and am saving the number should I never need their assistance again. 5/5.

A guy named Conner, came to the house quickly and he was able to open the door we were locked out of and replace the locks easily. He was very respectful, professional and explained in detail how the lock malfunctioned and explained the different types of locks he could give us as a replacement. Impeccable service!
