I manage a business that receives weekly deliveries from Paxton. We've been open for a year and a half, and have only ever received our order on schedule twice. The drivers seem confused and spend much of their time complaining about their job, the dispatchers cannot reach the drivers to get updates on where deliveries are, and most often the delivery sits on the truck for 20-25 minutes after it's been signed for. There is no communication when a regular order will be delivered outside the promised delivery window, and cardboard boxes regularly arrive crushed or torn open. I am looking for other options for our delivery service.
