Rude owner, bad trader and not listening to customer needs. My experience : We had dealt with Mr. Robichaud for the first time and we were satisfied with the results. We resumed an appointment for our Dodge Caravan, there was a delay of 2 weeks but it was fine with our departure on vacation so no problems. We were told $ 85 max. On the spot, Mr. Robichaud gives the impression that he is disturbed, he asks to see the car. When he opened the front door he let out a "Tabarnak" in such an unpleasant tone and complained that "for 2 weeks it's just that". He tells us "well, it's really too dirty I need a minimum of 4 hours and $ 150". Even specifying that there we just wanted a "basic" wash not a refurbished car, nothing to do. We then decided to cancel we finally went the next day to Sherbrooke. In 1:15 our car was cleaned inside / outside, it was really nikel. All for $ 75. Mr. Robichaud has definitely lost clients.
