Quick and efficient service received to apply for a criminal records check today. The lady on the phone was personable and gave very clear directions on what documentation was needed and COVID protocol. Gentleman who completed the transaction was very friendly and quick.

I've called this station twice in a week, involving a road rage and finding a lost phone. Both time, a wonderful experience. I felt guilty for holding the line, when others may have pressing emergencies, but was assured I did the right thing. For those complainers out there? I don't know how it happens, but every single time I dealt with cops, in many occasions, I met only the good ones. So, maybe!, complainers need to look into a mirror before dealing with others..

Hair dressers receive more training than you guys. Just to put things into perspective :)

I required their assistance and was thoroughly disappointed in the service provided by Constable Rachel Loney and the multiple other officers involved. I found them unprofessional and unreliable in my experience with them. I have a lot of respect for emergency responders but I now unfortunately do not trust law enforcement or think they are capable to do the jobs we pay them for.

They open at 8. Now 9:00 and I've still yet to have someone answer the phone. Ridiculous.
