Joe is such an amazing professional and human being. I had 2 pairs of shoes that were on their way to the trash, and now they look like new. He did such an incredible job fixing the inner heel, they look better than new! He uses high quality materials, and works very fast. Prices are very cheap too. I am so pleased with his work. Joe replaced the zipper and fixed the inside of my favourite pair of boots that I have walked the life out of. He went above and beyond in the repair for a great price and in a timely fashion. He is a great guy who provides a great service. He's my go to shoe repair from now on!

Had my Birkenstock sandals fix and looks great! My sole were worn off and the soft toe post ripped off and the owner did a good job to repair it.
