Abysmal customer service. Our company has had to run after this company several times to try to get service. We were told SEVERAL TIMES we will get a call back, we never did. Subsequent calls yielded no results. Very unprofessional and borderline insulting really. EDIT: Your response is also a flat out lie. Not once has anyone at your terrible business suggested calling elsewhere, or that you were even busy at all. In fact, we were ASSURED we would get a call back, several times. I think your score here and the comments many people have left says it all.

Excellent personalized service, they took the time that is not found in supermarkets. I repaired an old lock and sold a similar one to the defective one, exactly what I needed. An address to remember.

I went there for a simple key copy. The 2 copies are correct and I did not spend more than 3 minutes in the store. Fast and effective.
