Went to make 3 doubles of 2 keys. One the sets wasn’t working so I went back on the same day. The man working was very helpful and redid the sets free of charge.

I'm so glad I went to this shop. my favourite pair of shoes had a hole and they got the job done extremely fast, and the price was SO low. The staff is absolutely lovely too. I will recommend this place till I die.

Went to get simple curtains trimmed I was told the seamstress wasn’t there but the shoemaker reassured me he could do it and it would cost $20 per set. When I went to pick it up I was then told it was 20$ per curtain! He wanted to charge me $200 for just trimming curtains... More than what the curtains cost in the first place for a simple procedure! C’est du vol ça! I was so shocked and infuriated!! Who charges 20$$ to cut curtains!!! Will never go back.

Brought in a pair of handmade Italian boots and asked for specific work to be done on the sole and he suggested, heels. When we returned (days later than he had originally said they would be ready), the original shades of burgundy and gray was replaced by a dull, even toned brown. When we asked why the colors had been so altered, he said that he always cleans the boots even when not asked for it. Then when filming his response, he denied ever saying that, but then said we had asked for them to be cleaned. So he lied to our faces and laughed at our complaints, refused any responsibility and refused to let us take the boots back unless we paid for his work. His work ruined an original pair of boots and we will be looking for other people who he has lied and was negligent to. Crook.

My wife has taken many boots in for repairs and she has always been happy with Sam’s work. The workmanship and service has always exceeded our expectations. I took a much loved, and well used, 10 year old Belstaff messenger bag, that owed me nothing, into him and he re-built it to almost original condition. He gets a high recommendation from us.
