Great place to make keys. After using them for over 20 years, I found out to my great delight that the owner was a women. I am even more interested now in supporting them because I Believe in gender disparity and that encouraging this specific shop can help transform this predominantly male gender industry to something with more parity.

After being broken into, we were given an appointment between 2 and 6. Had to chase them down to be told that there they would not come due to emergency. I said I would wait till whatever hour. They said we would be charged emergency charges. If they had called to say they would not make it we would have called someone else. Left us high and dry with broken door to our store at 7 at night. Woman said it was not her problem. Nasty nasty service, called another and here in 15 minutes for about 1/4 the price

I called at 11:06 and asked if someone could come before 3 because I had to go out, someone came at 11:53. He was super polite and super fast. Don't need locksmiths often but will definitely keep their number in my contacts.
