Garage was closed. Outside there is free parking in front of the garage door

The caretaker refused to let us in because, according to him, the car was too high, there was no sign informing us of the regulatory height and he flatly refused to tell us what height was allowed for the parking lot with a condescending tone of voice. He didn't want to try or even measure the car. Unacceptable customer service.
