I've been going to this clinic for a few years and Dr. Drooker is one of the best vets I've met. He's friendly, patient, dedicated and you can see that he truly cares about your pets (unlike other vets who just wanna bill you large sums and push unnecessary treatments). He's a great surgeon too! I also appreciate the vet techs there, they are very kind and take the time to answer your questions. The reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 star is because since the beginning of this pandemic, they NEVER answer the phone. I literally called 3-4 times a day for 2 days straight and no one answers the phone!! I understand that they are busy, but you can always pick up and ask the person to wait. I've never met a clinic (for animals or humans) that doesn't answer the phone!!! Yes you can email or leave a message, but I hope they understand that it's a LOT easier and straight forward to simply talk on the phone...

I cannot quite believe the fantastic service I have received from this practice. From the initial email contact, to the admin, technician and the veterinarian. Superb in every way. I took both my dog and my cat for appointments. In many years of dealing with veterinary practices, this one ranks in the top 2. (The other one was in Munich, Germany). I am so grateful to find a practice where I feel my animals are really cared about and where time is taken to provide outstanding, quality service. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff and service. This clinic is extremely welcoming and their new local is very large and beautiful! I’ve taken my cat here twice and both my visits have been great. Vet and vet techs are patient and kind and explain the situation very well!

For being our first time it was marvelous all the employees are so dedicated to the job very polite, gentle, helpful I do recommend this place with 200%or more we are very satisfied thank you

I think my dog likes them and if my dog likes them then so do I ,,very caring people and humanistic about our pets hugs to all of them there. PS,,it does not smell in there like some vets i used to go to.that's a plus they just need to open earlier so they won't be so hectic and they need someone on the phone...at opening time so we are not in a panic when we try to talk
