After calling 7 different vets in vain since nobody had same-day appointments, I booked an appointment here for my dog who was suffering of an ear infection. The place is very clean, the receptionist was very nice and helpful as much as the technician. The vet was very professional, took good care of my dog, cleaned his ears properly, took the swab for testing and prescribed treatment. Most important, it took no time! I got in the checkup 2 minutes after walking in the clinic,the vet came 10 minutes later. I was done in less than an hour. Price is the same as anywhere else. It's never the appointments that are expensive but the medication. I strongly recommend this place

I've been to this vet on 3 occasions and was seen by 2 different lady vets. They were both great and really took the time to thoroughly explain in detail my dogs issues and treatment plans, even if it was clear they were in a rush! I appreciated that! The animal technicians were equally very helpful as I called in a few times (ok maybe like 5-6 times) for questions I had forgotten to ask. I'd recommend to people in the area or for late night minor emergencies! Convenient and great vets!

The receptionist, vet and vet assistant were fantastic and they were very kind and thorough with my dog. I am actually switching from my long term vet to come here as I really appreciated the care and concern and attentiveness they showed to me and my dog.

I had both rounds of booster shots and neutering done for my now 8+ month old cats (brothers) here. The cats like the place and the people, and have always been warmly welcomed. Yes, it may be a bit pricey, but when it comes to my cats I don’t mind paying what I’m asked by a team of young and vibrant people that clearly love animals. Also, I have always booked at what I assumed were not “peak” times, but if they were to have an emergency, it is nice to know the clinic that knows them is open late and also on weekends. All receptionists were lovely. I’ve seen 3, I believe, also have encountered a few different vets and 3+ assistants, but that is to be expected at a clinic with such hours in a busy neighbourhood such as it is. Everyone that has helped us has been exemplary. Thank you for doing your best to care for Oscar and Winston! Maddison

We recently moved and chose this clinic for an appointment for our dog during the pandemic. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I appreciated that the appointment was exactly on time and that I did not have to wait. For some reason, our dog was calmer at this clinic than at our old one. We were given many options with thorough explanations on what had to be done. To resume, the service was excellent and we strongly recommend this clinic. We will return.
