Dreadful secretary! I write to them outside of opening hours to make an appointment. I mention that we are new to the area and that it is relatively urgent. I ask to be called back ... I am told by email that the clinic takes residents of the Beaupré coast only and, if I am one of them, that the appointments go in December. Is it you me or seems to me that I said that I was from the corner and she asks me if I am, that it was urgent and she offers me December and finally she prefers to get rid of new clients in their writing a response without humanly warm contact ??? Thank you good evening, the vet might be great, but she lost a very profitable client believe me $$$!

Veterinary center who should invest in their equipment (do ultrasound) because sometimes they do not know what the animal can have and can cause serious complications (death) at least tell us after investigations and have passed all the tests that can passed, and send us to a veterinary center expert in emergency or complementary care to undergo tests, because for my animal, they really failed, yet my animal had all the signs of pancreatitis but they saw nothing after 4 days of hospitalization, he could not find, unfortunately by their negligence not to have spoken about it to go past an echo well there were complications and my cat died, For an emergency, finished for me, Daubygny, you are not mistaken, they have equipped, and for the prices at the castle well $ 1700 to make you say that they did not find anything, it is quite shocking and especially that 3 days later you urgently return your cat to the hospital and he tells you what's going on, incomprehensible!
