Costco Pharmacy

Staff were good but it took 3 days just to fill the prescription never mind ship it, and I had to call back several times. If you order your prescription here over the internet, you're your likely to die than get it in the time promised.

Costco filled the whole prescription when we only asked for 30 days. For we have medical coverage starting on the 22nd 😡😡😡

I transferred my prescriptions so that I could get home delivery but one medication was pending for 6 days. Calling is a waste of time. I kept being put on hold and now I call and it hangs up. Gonna have to transfer prescriptions again.

Great job Costco pharmacy, NOT *This is a long post* This place used to be good with customer service a year ago. Now it's getting worse by the minute! I understand I misheard on the phone automated refill system, but when you get told at the pick up desk by an associate it will be rushed and ready in 30 minutes, I am not expecting another associate 30 minutes later to tell me oh, it has not even get started because of whatever reason she said about the first associate and do not need to be told twice about the phone automated system. I ALSO DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD PHONE SYSTEM HAS PROBLEMS LIKE THAT! then why do you have it?! I ALSO WANT TO SAY SAME THING HAPPENS EVEN IF YOU DROP OFF THE PRESCRIPTION IN PERSON! I HAVE FACED IT TWICE! Talk about customer service. But hey, it's like none of us work so we can all waste our time at Costco right? And let them decide when we can finally get our prescription. Great job Costco!
