High availability and a warm welcome despite COVID. Their advice, their kindness and their professionalism really impressed me! They do not run after money, on the contrary, and above all care about the welfare of your animal. They managed to make unbelievable things happen to my louloute who however does not like strangers too much, and who was also alone inside! Great post-consultation follow-up too. Bravo and thank you, I warmly recommend.
