Shoppers Drug Mart

The staff is very nice, but the pharmacy wait times are atrocious. I had a doctor call in a prescription and they said it should be about an hour, 2 and a half hours later and my prescription was still not filled. I’m not sure if they are just overwhelmed with the sheer volume of prescriptions or short staffed or a combination of both but it’s absolutely unacceptable. I stopped using this pharmacy for this very reason and only come back when my regular pharmacy isn’t open, I use it as my absolute last resort.

It been a while since I've left a review, seem like people have larger concerns at the moment, but on point, is should mention that I was very disappointed to find the the drug store had the highest prices for common over the counter medications that I've ever seen. Big sadd.

Really nice store to shop at. Sales people are great, Lori, at the post office is incredibly efficient, even filling a prescription wasn't that bad. But the wait time at the till is ridiculous. They tell you that if there are more than 3 people waiting, they will call another cashier, well that has not happened yet. If I get to the till, and there are 2-3 people waiting, I just leave, its not worth the time for me to wait.

Dropped off a prescription and they said thirty five minutes. I left and decided to come back. Phoned before I left and they said another hour. I asked why and they said a bunch of people came in so it would take longer. I guess they decided to leave my prescription in favour of someone that came in after me. Terrible excuse for poor customer service

Please check your expiry dates on your products. Bought a pop there today and was very disappointed when I took a sip and it tasted terr!
