Shoppers Drug Mart

The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is this, I come here once a week for a shot, typically the process is fairly simple but if there is new staff it becomes quite a process, filling out the same forms I’ve already filled out etc. Otherwise the staff are great, selection great, location great.

My husband went in late ish one friday night needing a special antibiotic compound for my son who had a severe staph infection and was resistant to previous antibiotics. The two pharmacists on staff were incredibly empathetic, thorough and were able to accommodate making the medication for us so he coud have a dose before bedtime.

I come here for the pharmacy, but today while I was standing in the make up aisle at 4:00pm there was two women one with dark hair and one with shaved sides of her hair. They ignored and didnt greet me. Their customer service is only good if it benefits them selves. They were not professional. Talking about sexual intercourse, personal relationships and inattentive to customers. 10/10 do not reccomend coming to this shoppers if you have questions regarding facial cleansers or make up. Pharmacy is literally what keeps me coming back, their service is amazing. Though there was a mix up with my insurance and some people in pharmacy dont know what they're doing. But other than that, it's fine.

Staff here are always friendly enough, but have never gone above and beyond from my experience. The price of stuff here is always more expensive than elsewhere unless it is on sale. The only thing they really have going for them is that I’ve never been there and had it be busy....
