Shoppers Drug Mart

THERE IS AN ELDERLY LADY WHO WORKS AT THE POST OFFICE ÁREA AND SHE IS RUDE. SHE MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE SHE STRUGGLED TO UNDERSTAND HOW I SAID MY “V.” BUT INSTEAD OF ASKING ME TO REPEAT KINDLY HER WHOLE TONE AND VOLUME BECAME LOUD AND UNKIND. PERHAPS SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE OR TAUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Could improve service at the post office. Not sure if Shoppers or the post office is in charge of the staff.

Awesome staff and awesome pharmacist. I have never been treated with so much respect from all the staff. I recommend shoppers drug mart to all.

Normally I'm perfectly content with this store, but today I was extremely unimpressed. I forgot to scan a store coupon (normally they're automatically applied), and found we had to completely undo the transaction and scan it all again. The line was 8 people long and one cashier, so I waited to fix it. I discovered that a few items came up higher than the shelf price, and they had charged me twice for one item. Not impressed. After they fixed everything I asked for scanning code of practice on one item, and no one knew what it was. After pointing out the sticker on their till, waiting for the clerk to go to the back and phone her manager, she tried to explain that it only applies if I buy multiple. I asked them to call the number on the sticker, and several minutes later they discounted the item and finished adding everything up. Full 40 minutes of waiting and back and forth. While holding an ornery baby. Not impressed.

Always fast and friendly service. Pharmacy and pharmacists especially are great, and knowledgeable. Would have gone 5, but prices are a little steep, but have some good deals.
