Shoppers Drug Mart

Yesterday evening I visited the store, the staff was really helpful and the security guard was proving outstanding customer service!.

Again, none of the butter that was featured in their advertising. This I have found is pretty normal on a number of their advertised items. I was told they don't bring in some of the sale items, and it's my responsibility to call around and see if any other locations brought it in.

Staff are absolutely wonderful, always smiling and friendly. I’m always greeted by someone. Hyder is a wonderful pharmacist. The store feels clean and uncluttered, and parking is a dream. I have to drive a bit further to get to this store, but it’s well worth it

We’ve been using this shoppers forever and have generally had positive results. I will say that lately the last few times we used the pharmacy, I was disappointed. One medication could not be made and they phoned to tell me they were sending it off to another shoppers and that it would be ready ASAP. I went the next day and they had no record of the order request, I had to go back the following day. Today after dropping off a prescription for a newborn, I was not given any information on the medication when I picked it up. The pharmacist just put it in a bag, didn’t give me any details, a syringe that was needed or any instructions to go with the medication. After following up with the pharmacist at home, no one apologized for the lack of service or info, and luckily we contacted them because the medication did require specific cycles and recommendations that we otherwise wouldn’t have known.
