Sure Locksmith

Used their services the other day to open my car and was very happy with it! They answered the phone very quickly and the person was very helpful, the technician called me back right away. Someone came to open my car very fast, service was professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!!

In summation I was lied to about the quote and was caught paying a higher price in a pinch. Other trades give a paper receipt in person, this company does not. Pls see my explanation below: Was quoted 15 dollars service call fee and 30 dollars per a lock to rekey it. When the locksmith arrived there’s a hidden charge for the labour 50 dollars per a lock when it took him less than 15 min total to do the work. Was not told about the 50 dollars labour per a lock during the quote before I booked the service call . Was expecting 130 dollars and ended up paying 230. Had a tenant moving in the next day so was in a pinch. I would have booked another locksmith if I knew the price was going to be so high ( I got much less total competitive quotes from your competitors). I got the quote directly from the locksmith who did the work before I booked the service. Please beware before you book them. I have reached out to the manager via email to see how they justify these charges, hopefully he/she gets back to me. Was quoted 130 but paid 230.

Someone stole my house + car keys :/ , and i needed service right away , i called few places before i called sure locksmith , and most of the places don’t do car keys :/ , and the ones that does , very expensive , so long story short , they arrived at the same day , changed all my locks + made me a new car key :) , and the price was very reasonable . Thank you for helping me out !
