Oil Country Towing

Chris was amazing! He came and winched us out of the ditch on a snowy day - we were particularly far in so he figured out some good creative ways to get us out - changing his approach to get the job done. He made sure we got on the road safely again and was amazingly professional and great at what he does! Give him a raise! :P

I slid off the highway sat night into the ditch. I had a angel named jessy on the phone working hard to get someone to help me out of my car as I'm a senior and I have two bad legs. He arrived locked my car got me into another vehicle who took me home. At 3 am rahall delivered my car ever so gently backing it into my driveway, then starting it to insure it ran. I've used this company in the past and will continue to support them

On August 29 at 11pm, tow truck #30 came to the Edmonton International Airport for rescue after us being stuck there for 3+ hours thanks to CAA dispatch sending drivers to the wrong airport twice! The guy went above and beyond and looked for booster cables in his truck when the ones on the truck did not work instead of just leaving us and telling us to wait for another truck. He stayed and asked his Co workers and looked for extra cables to give us the boost. Great service!!

With all the rain recently, the location where I store my trailer went to mush and ultimately got the trailer stuck. I chose Oil Country based on speaking with dispatch and their reviews. Cody came and together we got the trailer out safely without causing additional damage. To Cody I give him 5 stars, professional and I could tell he was concerned about doing it right. I am taking one star off because originally this was just a recon mission for approach but we decided to try then and there. I asked about pricing to dispatch prior but was told we will take a look at it. I am a realistic person and familiar with heavy equipment, a sub par operator could have easily done damage to my unit costing me way more than the call out. Bottom line, it took under an hour to get the trailer out just try to get a clear understanding of the equipment they are sending and what your cost exposure is. I don't think anything was done shady here I just felt it was a bit higher than the other companies I called. Thanks Oil Country and most importantly Cody.
