5 Stars for Randall he's been phenomenal. I've been receiving treatment from Randall for a shoulder injury for a few months now and I've seen tremendous improvement however, Randall was off due to sickness and his boss, Murray who's also the franchise's owner took over. Murray did not read any notes left by Randall, he began treatment on the wrong shoulder, his acupuncture treatment was less than affective, and I left in more pain than I arrived in. Murray is refusing to credit me for one appointment or refund that particular treatment. Murray does not deserve any credit for his work. I would not recommend Murray to anybody. Do not trust this fraud.
