Extremely poor customer service from the Postal Office here which wasn't in the slightest accidental on the part of the employee. When I phoned in to inquire about some information on the Delivery status of a mail item, the employee rudely responded that "We don't do that here, I have bigger problems to deal with" and hung up the phone on me. I called a different number and had no problem getting the information I requested.

You need to put in a note to your website design team about how faulty your website is. Anytime I try to use your online features, I end up having to come in to the store anyways. You guys are great in there thankfully, but holy cow your website is frustrating as hell.

Never ever have I had delivery of a parcel except when it's a temp. Delivery of mail to my home is obsolete on mondays.
