Having my house re-roofed was a job I was dreading - it's a significant investment and the stakes are far too high to make a bad decision. Owner Vincent's father ran a roofing company for decades so their expertise and commitment is long-standing - rare in an industry which can be notorious for fly-by-night-ers. I am not only pleased but delighted with every aspect of this job - the respectful attitude and performance of the crew, and the transformation of my home's appearance. I went with rubberized Malarkey shingles - Legacy XL, which are apparently 20% thicker than regular Legacy, but even from the street this quality upgrade is discernible. When the roof is wet, it almost looks like I have wood shingles. Since I work at home, RR dedicated a larger crew to get the job done faster, but there was no compromise in the quality of workmanship. They also pride themselves on excellent service post-completion.

We had old cedar shake shingles and switched to fibreglass shingles. Vincent was very easy to deal with and throughout in the estimating process even providing multiple samples of different style/coloured shingles for us to review. During the installation, his crew were very respectful of us, our property and our dog. They did a light clean and nail scan every day to make sure our dog didn't step on anything sharp! They also did not have a radio going all day, like other crews I have seen. This was a big plus for me (and, I am sure, my neighbours!). We had a daily review of the jobs completed and the next days planned activities. A few minor issues were quickly remediated by the team. Overall, I would be happy to recommend Vincent and his crew at RoofRider.
