Otter Point Veterinary Hospital

My experience with this vet was extremely disappointing. I always trust professionals in their field and was very disheartened when I learned that my dog's "swollen glands" was not true. Neither was the assertion in the Spanish blood tests from Mexico about white blood cell levels being elevated. I felt at ease when I talked to the adoption agency and I realized that my dog would have never made it past flight approval had anything been wrong or any illness suspect. The vets are trustworthy. Nothing felt right from the beginning with Otter point vet and when I brought my second dog in for a vaccination, the vet didn't know I was the owner of my other dog. He strangely said that my other dog also had "swollen glands." If anyone else gets that prognosis then your "swollen glands" may not mean anything but encouragement to get more testing. $$$ 😞 Just a note that we are not an unusual case as we had a vet for 4.5 years prior in Van and never felt violated or taken for a ride. This felt very different.

Best experience I’ve ever had bringing an animal to the vet, and I’ve had pets all my life. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Had to take my cat in for the first time since covid and was nervous to not get to be with him, but I felt he was so well taken care of. Will happily return.

Had a recent experience with this vet and felt very uneasy about the honesty regarding the condition of my pet and I had a second opinion and realized that the Otterpoint vet really exaggerated. I feel they wanted to just gain more money from me who is a concerned and loving pet owner. So sad and hoping they change their ways. ☹

First time using this veterinarian. Fast service. Great doctor and staff.

I really like this practice. Taken our cats there for 2 years now. Genuinely feels like they are doing the best for the animal first, you (the paying owner) second and themselves third, they dont try to push anything that isn’t required. A great service all round and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
