Let us look all the containers over so we could pick the one we wanted. We paid for it and the receipt had the container serial number on it. About a month later we were ready for delivery and they informed us that they had accidentally sold our container to someone else. They offered to return the money but that would leave use without a container last minute when we needed it badly. We ended up having to settle for a way more beat up container or go without. What is the point of letting us choose the container we wanted if they weren't going to honor our choices.
