I have had good experiences at this vet clinic with my dogs. However, viewing the website for the mobile vet services (having multiple horses needing care since my old vet now retired) I was under the impression that this clinic does farm visits to the Williams Lake AND Cariboo area. When I called to see if I could book a farm visit to my stable in 100 Mile House the receptionist was rather rude and told me it was basically impossible for them to do travel calls to my area and I should call someone else. As well, they advertise a mobile x-ray unit but when I inquired about that she said they didn't have one. All in all a nice clinic! but a bit frustrating when the services outlined on their website aren't actually available or up to date with what they are currently offering.

Very poor customer service by the ladies at the front counter, very unprofessional talking badly about the people they just helped over the phone, and consistent bickering about other People. Very unprofessional. If you can avoid talking with them and speaking directly to the vet I highly recommend it.

They do tend to run behind, but friendly staff and reasonably priced.
