I came here a few weeks back to post 5 large boxes down to San Diego. I had itemization for the boxes but was a little underprepared with the rest of the paperwork. Staff were very patient and helpful even though I took up quite a chunk of their time. The best bit: all the parcels cleared customs and arrived in great time. Thanks!

I only required one stamp, they were quite happy to sell me one.

I recently moved to a new address that had yet to be given a community box #. Not only did Ed and the staff get that set up for me asap, he personally delivered the new keys and the mail I had waiting to my door during my isolation. That is gold level service! Thank you for your kindness.

Theyre the most lazy negligent staff around. They’re holding my package hostage and won’t give me the option to even pick it up. They just shipped it to a warehouse and won’t tell me when I will be able to get it, says holding until further notice and it’s been a week I tried calling and they told me no way to get it

The customer service at this location is abysmal. The elderly woman that works here couldn't be more hateful and rude to customers and staff alike creating one of the most toxic environments I've had to do business in. I have had multiple abusive experiences with her now and warn all others to not do business with this location if you don't have too. I have been yelled at, belittled and talked down to as well as she has tried to over charge and rip me off. The other staff always look uncomfortable and awkward when she starts yelling at everyone. Canada Post you really should remove her from dealing with customers, or hire someone that won't rip your head off when trying to use our mail service. Moving forward DHL will have my business. I'd rather pay more than subject myself to such intolerable abuse.
