I started working as a professional clown in 1985 and worked in Victoria as the side career for 15 years. I've been in the store several times. The lady that seems to be in charge during my visits was very rude. I've also heard this from other people that live in Duncan. I will no longer shop there because of the way I was treated. You're better off to buy mylar balloons at a dollar store for a fraction of the price. Some people just don't get the idea of service when they're working in the service industry.
This was my first time in the store. The selection of party supplies is great! The store is colourful and cheery looking. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have pretty much everything you need to make your party really festive. Balloon bouquets are awesome and I love the variety of pinatas. Will be back!
Went in to the store to grab some party supplies for a theme party. Not only did they have everything I was looking for, the girls in the store went above and beyond to help me. Nice to see a store that puts Customer service first! Thanks for all the party ideas and the laughs ladies!
Got balloons here a couple of times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful
