I noticed they have Holly hedges planted at this Smart Center Location. Holly is an incredibly invasive species on Vancouver Island. The people who approved this need to give their heads a shake. It needs to be removed asap.

These places suck the life right out of every small town they are allowed to spawn beside. You'll find all manner of big box stores, cramped maze- like parking lots, and the same boring beige architecture you see nation-wide. Soul free and dreadful, they are "smart" only for the corporation that owns them.

This is definitely designed to meet every need. Wal-Mart Home Depot Canadian Tire Liquor Store Coffee Shop. Bulk Store. Home Garden Groceries Renovations. It's all there in one spot. You can come from the North or South easily accessible for all. Lots of open parking even McDonald's inside of Wal-Mart. A must go for everything for all family garden and household needs. I am a frequent shopper to Cowican Commons. Even a Tim Hortons across the street from main entrances.

A very good place for shopping. Everything you need in one stop.
